My name is Jenny Edwards, I am a fully accredited Bowen Therapist and Kinesiologist. Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy is a hands on treatment applied through light clothing over specific areas of the body. To help in the relief of acute and chronic pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, back ache, joint pain, TMJ issues, sports injuries, migraine, hay fever and allergies, digestive issues, asthma and respiratory problems, fibromyalgia, polymyalgia, IBS, MS, PMT, menopause and hormonal imbalances, stress, anxiety and low mood. Also gently supporting babies and children with feeding issues, birth trauma, childhood ailments, bed wetting, anxieties, improved sleep patterns, ADHD, ASD, enhanced motor control and better concentration

Regular Bowen treatments can help to support the body through day to day life, maintaining a sense of wellbeing both physically and mentally.

Kinesiology

As well as being a Bowen Therapist I am a ‘Touch for Health’ Kinesiologist and qualified to Diploma level with the ‘Kinesiology Association.’ Kinesiology is a non-invasive holistic therapy applied through light clothing. It combines the ancient principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with Muscle Testing, to help identify Chemical, Structural, Emotional or Energetic imbalances within the body. Helping to improve posture and coordination, reported reduction in aches, pains, headaches, sports injuries, food and environmental sensitivities, digestive disorders, menopause and hormonal issues, sleep problems, low energy, anxiety, fears, phobias and low self-esteem.

Bowen Therapy and Kinesiology are very effective therapies within their own right, and I offer these treatments individually. However, I find that Bowen and Kinesiology work very well together and I will often bring a little of each into a treatment session, where appropriate.
